RE: "DELL is surely a more reliable partner in the hardware space than CPQ" Reliable partner doesn't necessary equate to more reliable hardware. RE: "Long term, having a largely captive OEM like DELL is just a safer business decision than opening the door to a partner who is also a competitor, like CPQ." I think you may be neglecting the significance and importance of CPQ in the very high-end market. Regards, Amy J
