Thank you Bux for not sending me a PM filled with evil profanities like the last note you sent me (I think you didn't like me posting on the 500 thread or something). This recent post was much more civilized. Seems you are still sore about my thrashing of 3COM, however. As you know, the management is still the same...poor. Why they are spinning off their ONLY good product is a mystery to me. Of course the offering next month (?) will only put less than 8% out to the public (what a way to manipulate the float) and will probably skyrocket attracting lemmings everywhere. Being a long term investor, I have no interest in owning companies with proven poor management just because their stock is going up. I don't know how long the mania will last (being so lousy at timing and all). I would much rather own superior companies that eat the lunch of their gnats...let me see... hmmm... ah yes, Cisco. Now there is a monster I don't have to worry about. Own that one, yes I do! Good luck to you, however. Hope ya make a million on 3COM. Just get out at the right time. <H>
