Sector rotation may be coming or maybe oil's will prosper on their own. Here's the street sentiment that rotation out of techstocks will have to overcome:

Why do you buy value (stocks) --
because they're cheap? It's just a whole argument: "Value is cheap;
therefore, I want to own it."

Well, I've got news for you. It's going to stay cheap for a long, long time,
OK? Because where's the money going? If you're putting money into the
stock market -- 401Ks or whatever -- and you're picking your fund, what
are you checking? The value fund, or are you checking the technology
fund? You're checking the technology fund. Money flows are going into
technology. They will continue to go into technology. We are in the
second inning of a nine-inning ballgame in technology....
