Thanks for the insight. Cash was something I didnt' consider - so add $6 (I am assuming your analysis here is correct since I don't have a chance to go back and look). Investments are not neccessarily repeatable and the market will rarely reward at full value. That all said, COMS losing market share like a sieve (sp?)...I'm not sure you can reward it with much more. If it weren't for cost cutting and earnings from non-operations investments COMS would be losing money and market share... that is why I would reward it with such a low valuation.

Andre-- a P/E of 15 is about correct,,, take Eric out of the equasion and it becomes 20 if someone strong goes in,, stays at 15 without a ceo,,, COMS is worth much more sold to a company with innovation and strong mgmt,, then why would a company like that pay more than a small premium?
