Any standards or regulations that come out of the DCLK difficulties will necessarily apply to Matchlogic. If they operate within what those hypothetical boundaries would be then they avoid public flogging.

Remember the NPR list selling scandal? They sold or gave their member lists almost exclusively to Democratic political candidates and then groveled for continued funding from the Republican lead congress. They were outraged that the mean Republicans were considering cutting funding.

What ramifications do DCLK's difficulties have for Matchlogic?

I think tomorrow is going to be a day I'm glad nobody knows that ATHM owns Matchlogic or even what Matchlogic does.

DCLK will take all the heat and then Matchlogic will quietly implement whatever solution is worked out.
