I do not believe that the RMBS business case is fundamentally bad, I have visibility of earnings explosion into the $10plus range within two to three years, making the current valuation tame relative to stocks like JNPR, ANCR, BRCD and even VLNC all of which, I believe have bullish case (though, "somewhat" inflated current valuations). Since future earnings, at least in my book, is what eventually drives valuation, I do not see a fundamental problem. Of course, a rational person can argue that my estimate of future earnings is nothing but "vaporware", but at least, this is the basic tenet on which I base my forward looking outlook.
