<i.NITE left 400k unfilled from 3:30 on because they didnt want to fill the orders.

May I ask did you got this bit of info? Again, your complaint is with Brown, not NITE. If Brown is blaming NITE, and not making good, then you definitely need a new broker.

hey Deeber,

I am not trying to get into your line of work. But if you insist on trading and tracking THOSE TYPES OF STOCKS, then don't come whine about a fair market. Becasue IT IS NOT a fair game in that certain segment of the market. The crooks are flipping shares back and forth to CREATE the illusion of volume. And they only allow you into the game so they can trap you.

Trade whatever way suits you. My only and final point: You know the risks there, you know it's not a liquid and fair market, you know the games that are played, you know the rules, you know how to play, and you know bad fills, screwed up orders, missed trades, show and hide offer and bids game is how it's done. Whats happening to you is not the brokers fault, not the MM, it's the stocks and the traders of those stocks you chose to trade with.
