OT - Dennis, I'd recommend Chateaubriand if available, or Tournedos Bearnaise. Excellent matches for that fine claret. Why not team it up with a nice Pauillac while you're at it? -g- Actually, not a bad idea. Compare the north and south...more Cab in the Pauillac, more Merlot in the Margaux... Hey, just take some of the QCOM dough and buy some Latour! LOL ENJOY!

Loved the French Laundry, hard to find in Yountville, but well worth the trip. I missed the big run up here but have appreciated the last few months. Save the clothes pin and use it as a money clip!
