Greenspan doesn't need to raise the rates more. He needs to wait and see if the raises so far will quell inflation. Raising rates has effects 6-9 months down the line. Shouldn't he wait and see what will happen with the rate increases so far ? All he is doing is hurting those who are already hurting. If the economy was growing too fast with inflation, CAT will not be half its high.
