Les,

I think it will be (A) a 20 week cycle low by March 2nd. There is a 54 trading day low and a 36 td low at the end of March, but no lows in April. If the market fails here (1378 spx fails to hold on close) then perhaps the four year cycle has taken over and we are down into 2002. I still think we rally to new highs in April. We should know within the next couple of weeks.
