ADI in the CC said they have a very tight relationship with AWRE and it is as good now as it's ever been and that their future together is very strong.

Outstanding!

Oh yeah... you guys are just loading the bases for me. I feel like Tony Perez waiting to knock the cover off the Lee-fus pitch in the '75 series.

Scrapps,

You forgot to mention the part about them not "being technically wed" to AWRE and that they "have their own sw development team." I do not recall these aspects of ADI before. I think they said alot of what they ship "is still AWRE sw." If I recall, this is down from all of what they ship being AWRE.

I wonder how long before they decide that AWRE's 10% royalty is eating up their gross margin in an increasingly competitive chip market that is becoming a bigger part of their revenue base.

Now see if you can pull a RMBS so I can get a big fat entry point for my short. It will be win/ win. You'll be happy with $100 and I'll get a good entry point. You will take the $100 won't you Scrapps? You might want to think about taking your $50 or $60.
