Now, is it possible that AOL or Time Warner board or shareholder will turn down this deal?

I don't know. But if AOL and TWX don't turn it down, I won't. I have not sold the first share yet since 98. Does it hurt? You bet. But it's too late to worry about it now. May the chips fall where they may. Everybody in the business thinks it's a good deal but nobody is in a hurry to buy. I have decided to stay for the long haul with most of my shares. I have been debating if I should sell a small portion. But so far NO has been winning the debate.

Pisani? I guess he is alright. Brings us all the crap from the floor. I am glad to hear it was not him that had this 42 target price. Those traders on the floor are not right too often lately. I guess we are all in the same boat with this crazy market.
I guess CNBC has to be loyal to MS. And, 42 is only 10 points away. Sigh.
