Dear Norm,

In all seriousness, I telephoned NTAP last week to ask if there were any mugs available for purchase by shareholders. I had to leave a message on the machine and have not been called back. They probably thought I was some kind of prankster.

My inspiration to call was after my results calling some small, regional banks before Christmas to get some mugs for my father. One did not have any (the only non-small one, "Are YOU an employee?") but the others sent me mugs, for free, despite my offers to buy them.

Maybe I should write NTAP's IR a letter--on university letterhead.

Regards,

Lynn

For the bank stock mugs: Come Christmas when my father opened the box, his eyes lit up. He was deeeeeelighted! My mother almost burst into tears. "You didn't? You didn't? I've been trying to get rid of all this crap [the only vulgar word my mother has ever used, and only in the context of the free stuff my father brings home] with advertising your father drags home. Honestly, you are as bad as your father."
