Andreas: I don't know how they're handling it. Rosen's excuse for not finding a CFO was that the Board wanted to appoint a CEO first so that he could select his own CFO. Capellas seems to have accepted responsibility for the time taken - he defends it, says he is looking for a "great CFO" and does not deflect responsibility on the board. It's complictaed by the fact that Rosen is really running the show anyway, including the running of his protege Capellas. I thought it was revesaling that Capellas admitted in an interview a couple of weeks ago that the one person he turns to and consults regularly is Rosen.
