I agree that the people will benefit the most by moving. Still, this is the most important issue and a real one until an agreement is signed and the deal is done.

No town removal.... no mining. Period.

Another issue, which I explained in a recent Ormetal Report, is the fact that the sulfides will not be mined before 5 years or so... The discount cash flow mechanism make this asset less valuable now. Recent NAV analysis I have seen value the gold cap at near $5 per share... leaving almost nothing for the sulfides. This is only a temporary under-valuation.

This last issue will have no effect on the price a senior will pay to acquire this great suite of mineral inventories. For the ultimate suitor, the key id an agreement on the town removal.
