OT Dear whyperk: Thanks! Actually, I was just about to make a posting that CSCO IR returned my call placed the end of last week. When some people insisted there was a secondary offering yet ML (supposed to be the one making the placement) could find nothing on it, I telephoned CSCO's IR and left voice mail. The very pleasant woman at IR just said, "No. We are not having a secondary offering. The only thing we are doing is having a stock split. We don't need any money." CSCO might not need any money but Pirelli sure does! Regards, Lynn
