OK, anybody awake here? PRTL never lived up to the high expectations described in previous (VERY OLD) comments on this thread. This sector is being pulled down like the water in a flushing toilet. But I believe Telecomms will recover, if anything people are continuing to use phones, internet etc. Its a matter of time before the sector once again becomes a favorite of analysts. That said, I again entered a small position today at 10 3/4, having been in and out of this stock twice this year there's always another chance to profit again! Think of this as a cyclical stock, LOL!
