The information is as "insider" as the last quarter balance sheet and earnings report on file at the SEC and in the hands of every shareholder. He, also, understands the difference between a ratio and dollar values, a concept that seems to elude you.

In a Wall Street Transcript interview, last month, ORG's CEO said that they were in a funding mode and need to raise $50,000,000. Watch out for "floorless" convertibles.
