I don't know about OILS but I do know about OIL.V. Huge Iraqi lifting contract about to be announced. Looks like it's going to pop, nice move today as well.

OILS yuppers I got that from a guy that had just misinformed me about MJXC and the E coming, so I personally did not buy it, simply out of spite. And finally, after me blowing him off on the phone a dozen times, he has quit calling, but he was dead on with OILS. Last time he called me, he wanted to know if I'd gotten into one he'd told me about, 2 months ago, saying it was now up 200% LOL I said something like "don't call me back until you have one that is going to go 200% in the next hour!!!"
