Jon Markman is a blantant pump and dump artist who picks low float and small cap stocks in his articles. It is so blatant, I can't believe the SEC isn't on him for being a tout and a criminal manipulator. He knows what his articles will do, and he tries to pump small caps in his favor in his articles. He's infamous for his 10000% return in 10 years on numerous stocks such as PLUG, which he milked like a baby. I think lowly of the man because of that reason.
