Doug, I don't know the exacte date of the ipo. I assume it's still around Feb. 28.

Last word from Goldman (and still subject to change) was that the offering would be finally priced on 3/1 after the close, and start trading on 3/2. That doesn't preclude a re-pricing before that date, all depends on the demand for the 23 million shares and probably the fact that the market is telling Goldman et al right now what it values PALM at. COMS at 75 translates into about 27 for PALM (assigning 35 to COMS).
