Good Sunday morning KLP. Here are two recent SEC filings noted on the Yahoo board, in addition to the one mentioned earlier (Capital Group's beneficial interest, which now amounts to 6.5% of CLKS). One filing shows that Marshall Capital Management now holds less than 5% of CLKS, without, I believe, any change in number of shares. The major & most recent filing is noted under the category of mergers and acquisitions (SCD 13). I do not know the history of what may have been filed in this regard previously or what made the M&A powers statement necessary, but it seems to say that PA/VV may buy, sell shares or that CLKS may acquire or merge. The filing itself states that it was required by an event which occurred on 9/30/99. On that date VV entered into an agreement with CLKS and Marshall under which VV acquired 4,000 shares of convertible preferred. Not being an SEC maven or pundit, I simply report this without further comment. Please discount the immediate subsequent comment on that board. That author routinely and frequently cheerleads without providing novel substantive data. See Yahoo Post #3511 for the SEC filings & link.
