a spectacular book,i have read it several times.best quote written in 1947 was that we had still not recovered from the incompetent policies the fed pursued from 1924-1927.it doesnt take much central bank stupidity to create a few decades worth of diasaster.those clowns strong and crissinger were downright geniuses compared to this moron greenspan.i highly recommend the book.
