Mel, You may want to reference the company's financial notes at: firamadainc.com particularly "Note 5(d)" of the "FIRAMADA, INC. AND SUBSIDIARY CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DECEMBER 31, 1998 AND 1997". [Seems some chronological events appear out of sequence, and there do not appear to be any notes accompanying the most recent web site listed "unaudited" numbers (Q1 &Q2, 1999).] Regards, Bob

Mel Sell some off at a loss and take it off you income tax for the year 2000.I did that in 99 and it worked. That is the only way you or anyone else is going to make any money on this stock. If the management work as hard at making the business go as they do at *(&^%% over the investors this would have been a good company. Rod
