mark - I was never even aware that Santana covered that one. And IMO the Zombies were a very underrated group - I still like their sound 30+ years later. In fact, I like it more now than I did then.
BTW, after listening to TOOM, I decided to pick up "Oh, Mercy". Another excellent Dylan album (though I prefer Chris Smither's version of "What Was It You Wanted" - another example of a song I was surprised to discover was a cover).

I'm with zak, I don't recall the Santana version either - must be a generational thing. For some reason the Zombies "She's not there" made me think of this one which was probably out at the same time:
