I recall CFO comment, but I also recall an interview (or it may have been in conference call) that MC said it's tough for many cos. to find a CFO with all the opportunites out there for them. I don't know for sure, but he may have alluded to hoping to wrap it up within a "few months." A lot of qualified CFO's that would be a good CPQ fit, i.e., a big co., are looking at CEO positions instead. Doesn't help in the search.
