No idea Jim, haven't heard about that, and for us in Canada, I wonder if it will affect us at all? I've just recently heard about something up here where Revenue Canada, can class a person as a "trader" rather than an "investor", and capital gains tax laws, do not apply. This worries me, and I need to talk to an expert about it. If anyone up here, has more info on that, I'd appreciate hearing from them.
