Agreed.

But, it's the notion (the psychology) of the lockout
expiring the scares investors away.

Perfect examples are PCLN and ICGE.

BTW, What happened to ALL the PCLN bulls here?

Also, I heard that VOD is developing their in-house
implementation of WAP with NOK.
Strange that PHCM was able to grab business from Airtouch?
