Western Skys: Thank you for the article.

Like I have suggested from the start; this DOJ case is about, and only (for the most part) about politics in the form of liberalism. It's been a tool used by many of the likes of SUNW,ORCL,AOL/Netscape/TWX, etc. and possibly to a net centric mind frame in a coercive effort.. and so on. I can't blame them for the legal tool.

But I do blame the source of their convictions, freedom, liberty in their (descision makers) heart.

``My own personal view, just in general, is the application of antitrust laws needs to be applied where there are clear cases of price-fixing,' Bush said."

Being of a most fiscal conservative, limited government role, antitrust laws need not be written, let alone enforced. I am very pleased to see George W. however to speak out on this matter.

Given this view of his (George W. Bush) antitrust laws of which when they should be applied is most compelling along side of the "unpopular" tax cut proposals he has spoken in favor of. It's amazing how many people have been convinced that their money isn't really their own or the "this is not a good time for tax cuts, due to the robust economy".... Sad time indeed. I pray for an awakening to the the truth.

Just as quickly as the source of this unjustified case has been brought into existence, just as quickly it can be washed away with little effect come November.

MSFT's share price is being depressed ATM by competitors who are utilizing this tool of which we have empowered and nothing less period. To say otherwise is blind to history.

If November comes around with this case still ongoing and current views in place at that time.....George W. Bush is the best man at the moment that is "electible" for the job to minimize-eliminate the tools of which competitors hold so dear.

The choice is yours.

Bush Would Ease Antitrust Enforcement - Paper
LONDON (Reuters) - U.S. Republican presidential hopeful George W. Bush (news -
web sites) was quoted on Thursday as indicating he would scale back antitrust
enforcement if he won election to the White House.<<

Every Microsoft shareholder will probably have Mr. Bush's support not only because he himself is a shareholder of Microsoft and because his views on antitrust make sense. Every American investor should cast their support to Mr. Bush. He is not in favor of lynching a successful legitimate business. This administration is allowing consumers to have their pocketbooks emptied at the gas pump while they pursue their relentless attacks against Microsoft to help its competitors. In a few months maybe America will have enough of these predators and stamp them out with the next election results in favor of a Republican party victory.

Frank
