No, I do not think there is anything funny about executions either, but I think what he was trying to say was that when a case gets to him as governor, it has already been through the justice system, no telling how many appeals and another committee, and if nothing is overturned, I believe the only power he has is a 30 day stay. So at that point he may really believe they are guilty without a doubt. That's the law. I agree, Bush was a little terse, don't you feel he was trying to be a little more assertive than he was in the past? You may not need the tax cut, but one thing is for sure. If the money is left in Washington, it will be eaten up by pork barrel projects. Projections for Sat.? Bush wins the Republican vote, McCain gets some support from Dem. voters and stays even,(Dem voters who will in the general election, stay true to the party BTW) and Keyes 4%

Predictions for Saturday, McCain 44% With the majority of Republican vote. because the majority of Republicans are against the beltway, politics as usual camp .Honesty shown through. Bush 38% To many changes and proved to be negative. Can't be everything to everyone. ( tax cutter, reformer, born again Christian,& for the death penalty) Arrogance shown through. Keyes 18% The true winner of the debate. Should be considered as V.P. potential candidate. And made the nations ambassador, to get the U.S out of the WTO, NATO. Idealism and Sincerity shown through. JMHO..... All comments welcome.
