Amy probably not high enough in organization to have known BS was looking at NITE. Your probably right, but wouldn't her analysis have to "approved" by some Head of Research before being published? I gotta believe BSC scammed that analysis to help get a large "short" client out of a position. No proof of this, but this call was just far too negative. In any event, with even a slight premium, NITE has a larger market cap than BSC so this deal is not even possible with stock, and BSC doesn't have anywhere near the cash. gary
