Have you called customer service. I hate the wait to get to talk with someone. However, my experience is that once you get someone on the line you can get the problem solved. I recently transferred mine and my wifes IRA's in from another brokerage and everything went smooth. They needed a note from me to the other brokerage. They called me. I wrote the note and faxed it and it all happened, properly. Frank
