You made me laugh this morning hopefully this will make sense. I concerned about interest rates and have to stop playing and really put my head to the grindstone par say. I see his answer to be accurate as this is logic to me . Let us assume i have a field full of wheat and it is lush and my crop is not bumper but adequate for provisions to my village.. Your wheat was hit by hail storms and you are in need of mine. You are a buyer but I am not willing to sell . So what happens here, you would have to offer me a sky high price to get me to sell. Man is a creature that is pretty basic . We have become very cluttered but basics still apply. Consider now my wheat field is a about at total 5000 square feet and laugh.
