Actually it traded 1,407,259 shares after hours on Island, not as you stated "less than 100k".

And it will gap up tomorrow, but I anticipate you will not dispute this fact after it occurs.

What does it mean when the independent auditor of the company states "based on generally accepted auditing standards, there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern" ?

This was an excerpt from the prospectus filed on Feb 11th
