Does anyone think they made that bond deliberately complicated so that nobody would understand it?

1) 6.75% interest +
2) Convertible +
3) lowered strike price if stock drops
4) pays interest even if converting(!)

If somebody is willing to supply the numbers (dollar cost of the bond, conversion price, etc.), I'll try to work out the value of this deal. It seems like 2+3+4 definitely are the equivalent of adding quite a few percentage points to the bond.
