In August 1999, we entered into a long-term sales agreement with United States Cellular Corporation, for a minimum purchase of 100 SuperFilter(R) systems by December 31, 2000 and anticipate U.S. Cellular purchasing a minimum of an additional 400 SuperFilter(R) systems by August 27, 2004. To prove the economic benefits of the product, we continue to actively conduct numerous demonstrations and field trials in the U.S.and in Latin America.
