I don't think there is any shame in doing what you did Tom. I have no problem with it myself. Everyone takes a risk doing that but hey a profit is a profit. It is just a matter of your own personal investment objectives and what is good and right for you may not be for the next guy. You may have a chance to reload those 10,000 shares at a lower price but who really knows. Even if you have to buy at a higher price the question is does the upside from this point justify the purchase. I certainly think the upside here is not deminished very much because each new deal they announce adds to the upside. This latest deal with Elastic could add another $20,000,000 to JDX capitalization in very short order. This from the NR is more than a little telling about the prospects of Elastic's probable success. The words of Brian Hinchcliffe...

"We are delighted to be shareholders in Elastic, a well managed, leading edge innovator of 'Next Generation`` DSL technology', said Brian Hinchcliffe, Chairman of iTech. ``Elastic has uniquely positioned itself to meet the rapid demand for high-speed bandwidth at the hospitality (hotels, conference centers, etc.), multi-dwelling unit (MDU) real estate and carrier markets. Elastic's strategic partnerships with Nortel, Sprint, Darwin Networks, Williams Communications and others have enabled them to gain significant access in these highly profitable markets.'

It seems likely this investment will grow significantly. I like it.
