I have followed WCAP for quite a long time. On the surface it would appear to be a tremendous investment but in my opinion there are several factors that you need to keep in mind:

This is not a large fund or organization but just a small group of people. There are only 4 employees at this company and despite those awesome earnings....

Where is your dividend?

When you read $19 a share in earnings you must realize that those earnings came from very savvy sales of internet stocks. Their stock was obtained at prices which were ridiculously low compared to what the same stocks would have cost on the open market.

In addition earnings from this company have been very lumpy and unpredictable. Is WCAP a good investment at these levels? Probably, but watch out for the insider sales because if you see a lot it might mean next quarter won't be as stellar.

Best of luck with WCAP. It certainly is one CMGI like stock with a small PE!
