Most people believe interest rate in US will be at up trend for sure. Dow is below 10K point now. Nikkei's link with DOW is not so obvious now. I think Professor is correct, and I think Nikkei index will stay at positive side. However, I am not sure about Yen.

Now, it is getting close to Feb. 29. I know that there is bigger concern in Asia for the Y2K problem on this date. Is it correct in Japan?
