Some futures floor trader is on CNBS saying we are going significantly higher so jump on board. And there is nothing BubbleBoy can do about it. Even if he raises by .5% the market won't care. He is probably right. Core rate drops by .2 due to reduced tobacco prices. When tobacco was going up it was an excuse to ignore rising inflation. But now that it falls lets consider it.
