Charges, asset divestitures,14% Institutional Ownership - brokerages starting to make it non-marginable & "some people" still do not see the writing on the wall ? Anyone still remember HMAR ? Remember where HLX was heading ? What is FGH's shareprice telling us people ? 1 Million + shorts have made the largest hit in the market - shorting FGH and STILL HAVE NOT COVERED !?!?!?!!? - hello ! JL went public at the right time & in the right place in the cycle; but he may have taken on HLX (did he have a choice - was HLX merely a life raft ?) at precisely the worst time and at the wrong place in the cycle... We shall see. Bottomline - so many plays with much, much less risk and equal if not superior upside. - WHY BOTHER WITH FGH - "HERE" ? FGH "if" they pull out of this; then may become a great play - make them "Show us the money" - first ! - end of discussion. ... anyone who would trust, or act on ANYTHING coming out of FGH - is a complete idiot imho.... Could FGH's IR track record possibly be any worse ? They touted "good news" coming - right before the got decimated in the crash to sub $5 ? - and you want to "buy in" to their nebulous ineundo of hiring here ? - that hiring is bringing back laid off workers for the Ocean Rig project put on hold - prior to this recent settlement. - get in the real world... Getting the story/truth, the whole story/truth and nothing but the truth from FGH is like pulling a wisdom tooth from an elephant without anesthetic... FGH down hard today Sarge - 290 asks vs. 20 bids as I type... here come's the $5's... retest $4 7/8, or new low as the bad news expectations of the loooooooooooooong delayed Q4 release slowly leaks out - add to the move to non-marginability here ?!?! Caveat Emptor~ folks... simply - WHY BOTHER ?

Sarge/Deep Water/Choose any alias you have hidden under......c'mon man, give it up! Slider may be obnoxious in biting you on FGH being such a loser, but he only does so because you react. C'mon! It worth about 35 cents on the dollar of what it was when you started obsessing over it! Anyone that listened to your pumping up the stock got hurt BIG TIME!!! You have lost so much credibility you have had to change your alias! How about hyping Microsoft. I'd love to see their stock fall like a rock.......(Gates is not my hero, here...) Again Sarge, if you want to contribute to the board, how about a few mea culpas on your INCREDIBLY BAD CALL on FGH!!!!! Yea, it will do well with the rest of the OSX, but why buy a company in such trouble????????
