(COMTEX) B: BRITISH COLUMBIA SECURITIES COMMISSION - BCSC Re Thermo T
B: BRITISH COLUMBIA SECURITIES COMMISSION - BCSC Re Thermo Tech Technologies
Inc.

New York, New York, Feb. 17, 2000 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX)
-- Partial Revocation Order Under Section 171

WHEREAS: (a) Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. ( the "Issuer") is a
reporting issuer, incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations
Act;

(b) on July 14, 1999, staff of the British Columbia Securities
Commission issued an order under section 164 of the Securities Act,
R.S.B.C. 1996, c.418 (the "Act") that all persons cease trading in the
securities of the Issuer (the "Order") as a result of the Issuer's
failure to issue and file a press release and a material change report
in the proper form with respect to, among other things, the acquisition
of a 50% interest in two Ontario transfer stations and waste management
facilities (the "Required Disclosure");

(c) on November 9, 1999, the British Columbia Securities Commission
issued a news release wherein the Executive Director, pursuant to
section 186 of the Securities Rules, B.C. Reg. 194/97, required the
Issuer to file additional information and records, including audited
financial statements for the year ended April 30, 1999 (the "Financial
Statements"), a business plan and other information to satisfy staff
that the business of the Issuer would be conducted with integrity, in
compliance with the law and in the best interests of the Issuer's
security holders;

(d) the Issuer's securities are quoted only on the NASD OTC Bulletin
Board ("OTCBB") and have continued to trade on the OTCBB since the
Order was issued;

(e) the only persons subject to the order are residents of the
Province of British Columbia and those persons holding securities of
the Issuer in the Province (the "B.C. Residents"); and

(f) the Issuer has filed the Required Disclosure and the Financial
Statements but has not filed the business plan and other information
referred to in paragraph (c) above;

2. AND WHEREAS the Executive Director has determined that it would
not be prejudicial to the public interest to permit B.C. Residents,
other than those persons who are insiders of the Issuer or are
otherwise included in the list attached as Schedule "A" to this order,
to sell securities of the Issuer that were acquired on or before July
14, 1999;

NOW THEREFORE it is ordered under section 171 of the Act that the
Order is partially revoked and varied to permit B.C. Residents, other
than those persons who are insiders of the Issuer or are otherwise
included in the list attached as Schedule "A" to this order, to sell
securities of the Issuer that they acquired on or before July 14, 1999.
