New York, New York, Feb. 17, 2000 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Partial Revocation Order Under Section 171 WHEREAS: (a) Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. ( the "Issuer") is a reporting issuer, incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act; (b) on July 14, 1999, staff of the British Columbia Securities Commission issued an order under section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.418 (the "Act") that all persons cease trading in the securities of the Issuer (the "Order") as a result of the Issuer's failure to issue and file a press release and a material change report in the proper form with respect to, among other things, the acquisition of a 50% interest in two Ontario transfer stations and waste management facilities (the "Required Disclosure"); (c) on November 9, 1999, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a news release wherein the Executive Director, pursuant to section 186 of the Securities Rules, B.C. Reg. 194/97, required the Issuer to file additional information and records, including audited financial statements for the year ended April 30, 1999 (the "Financial Statements"), a business plan and other information to satisfy staff that the business of the Issuer would be conducted with integrity, in compliance with the law and in the best interests of the Issuer's security holders; (d) the Issuer's securities are quoted only on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") and have continued to trade on the OTCBB since the Order was issued; (e) the only persons subject to the order are residents of the Province of British Columbia and those persons holding securities of the Issuer in the Province (the "B.C. Residents"); and (f) the Issuer has filed the Required Disclosure and the Financial Statements but has not filed the business plan and other information referred to in paragraph (c) above; 2. AND WHEREAS the Executive Director has determined that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to permit B.C. Residents, other than those persons who are insiders of the Issuer or are otherwise included in the list attached as Schedule "A" to this order, to sell securities of the Issuer that were acquired on or before July 14, 1999; NOW THEREFORE it is ordered under section 171 of the Act that the Order is partially revoked and varied to permit B.C. Residents, other than those persons who are insiders of the Issuer or are otherwise included in the list attached as Schedule "A" to this order, to sell securities of the Issuer that they acquired on or before July 14, 1999.
