I think the next big mover is going to be NTCS. I'm buying both their common and their warrants, NTCSW, in anticipation of some big contract announcements.
The PWTC deal with Douglas Batteries, HQ'd in my hometown, looks like it is for real.

OT You might also look at EMED. The chart looks like a buyout may be very close, possibly by Healtheon.
