Thanks for the report, Robert. I reviewed the Austin, TX properties where ARC is located and can vouch that they are among the very top office buildings in town.

Greetings Robert-Thanks for the report. There is much here to be positive about. Do you have any information as to what the long-term deal is with the building owners? I am sure that the real estate owners share in the upside in addition to some minimum fees for use of their risers but what are the terms and how do they change over time?
