You may want to check out IMPT -- Impsat Fiber Networks is a broadband play for all of Latin America....BT and Morgan Stanley are major investors and the firm recently hit the Nasdaq....I expect analyst coverage (from Goldman and Morgan Stanley) within the next two weeks. Compare the valuations of IMPT and the early mover TRRA....IMO, there is A LOT of upside for IMPT. They also have great partners (like Nortel).
