RE: "I just caught a bit of Tom Dorsey on CNBC and I think he said the market was a buy now because ... 2) Interest rates are peaking"

The primary difference between Bob's outlook and Tom's outlook is probably the direction of interest rates. Bob believes a couple of more rate hikes are in order, while Tom thinks interest rates are peaking now.

Time will tell.

Best wishes,

Early Feb 17 Accumulation Watch

An Accumulation Low will be confirmed today if the market closes firmly or even modestly higher. This would be bullish for the resumption of the 18 day A-D Oscillator T's projection below.

Kirk,
I just caught a bit of Tom Dorsey on CNBC and I think he said the market was a buy now because

1) Oil Prices are at a top
2) Interest rates are peaking

I think Allan follows his site closely and could verify, but it is interesting.

I Think he said - We have a two sided market, offense unlisted, defense listed. How long that last is anyone's guess but the volatility is getting very high, and thus the risk. -
