Sharesout are negligible and mkt potentila is really huge,...Buying on weakness 3CH1 Shares Out as of 2/11 6.283M Market Cap USD 279.58M Float 2.85M Short Int .146M The compnay is planning two IPO spin offs and their Bus to bus subsidiary is one of the best bus models around Company has a tiny mkt cap relatiuve to the rest, in addition, they have 706 employees and have sales of over 112 bucks per share and currently trade at 4/10 of sales ..Its incredibly cheap........ The compnay also plans on splitting shares at some point according to one of their investment advisors.. Very cheap play I am now on record
