Vet, <<AGTP>> They did just file: edgar-online.com . <<27 mil. outstanding>> You also have to factor in some 11MM restricted shares that were used to pay off their debt. The fully diluted is ~38MM. Without debt, this AGTP shell is cleaner than CHIP which I currently have as my best shell. I still have a 25k share buy at the ask for AGTP just sitting there for the last 2 hours, not being filled. I'm about to call my broker and see if they can get some personal attention by the MMs, a shotgun would help! <VBG>
