Unfortunately, my hand written notes can not be scanned and posted here at SI. Given my lack of typing shills, typing from something I am reading would take me forever. Why oh why did I not look in a crystal ball when in high school to see that typing would one day be a necessary skill. Instead of typing I took Latin!!
