I would agree, I would be a buyer at $11.

Keep in mind, based on the SEC filings for the OBJS acquisition, if we count shares and vested options, SBAS has 42 million shares outstanding. Don't know how that affects your decision on an entry point, but the next quarterly financial release should have the share count near this number for the first time.
